Green food drinks are also good for healing body parts damaged from years of smoking. They are commercially available at health food stores, drug stores and many places online. Green food drinks that contain barley, wheatgrass, and spirulina are espeically good for sweeping toxins out of the body, especially the liver. Spirulina and wheatgrass have been shown to slow down or completely stop metastases from occuring in people with advanced cancers. Overall they are a great anti-cancer regimine.
very interesting thank you for sharing

i smok 20 cigrtes a day
I was smoking half a pack a day for the last decade, I quit four months ago, but I haven’t been coughing up anything, is that normal? I remember the first time I quit which was for a month, I was coughing up junk within two weeks.
she said everyone knows what bubble wrap is….I DONT lol jk
woah thats so nasty!!!!
Thanks – impressive.
You CANNOT re-build the lungs after smoking, you can re-build some parts of it maybe. But you can’t re-build the problems that come with smoking.
@raficsulejmanovic yeah maybe I shoudn’t have added “doesn’t matter how long and how much” because it does.
@philateliceun Hi, I won’t dispute you mentioning 6 years healing. I hope so cos I was a smoker & I once read it may take up to 25 yrs but dat depends too on how damaged the lung is. Frankly I am scared stiff now since a friend has died of lung cancer who smoked 2 packs a day. I now jog 10-12 km every other day and swim occasionally to keep my lungs going. I also one read that once an alveolar sac is gone it will not be replaced. How scientifically true I don’t know.
No dude I haven’t.. whats that noise about?
@Kocis19 have you tried the electronic cigarette?…at least then you wouldn’t have worry about tar build up.
Your body is amazing, 6 years after having smoked your lungs will be completely healed. Does matter though how long you have been smoking and how much but your body is amazing in reparing. You have to stop first though.
Whatever, if ya smoke ya smoke. But at least excercise and do cardio. If you don’t expand your lungs and get your heart rate up that shit is gonna stick like glue. I am on and off with smoking, and play hockey competitively, and go to the gym. I wish I could quit and am trying. However, I know when I smoke, that im gonna hit the gym twice as hard the next day, and run twice as long to kick myself in the ass for it. That way that tar won’t seal em shut and I can still expand my lungs properly.
Smoking is damaging to your health. With every puff you take, you fill your system with thousands of toxic chemicals. It’s no wonder folks wish to quit smoking, but it is really hard. I came across an effective way to quit smoking, youtube wont let me post it right here so I put the link in my profile.
