Sure they could make it illegal if they had enough voters to vote for it. But then you still would have people doing it illegally, and then there wouldn’t be any more taxes coming from the smokers to pay for things that they end up paying for with all the cigarette taxes. They stand to lose too much money if the make it illegal. Who is doing the most to stop smoking, probably the people who have nothing better to do than pick on smokers.
The government makes to much money taxing it for smoking be illegal. Neither the President or the Supreme Court make laws, that’s Congress. Nobody is trying to stop smoking but a few sad safety nazis like yourself. I’ll take my 5000 points, thank you.
Bad on Economy, voters wouldnt approve it.
