Same here :) And it worked. But I did this at the same time as switching to a healthy diet as well… and they both held up. But I didn’t have a baby though :|

I know, for real – people who stop smoking turn into lard asses. I’m sorry I’d rather smoke and be skinny than fat.

Glad you stopped smoking, but weed, although safer for a number of reasons, still involves inhaling smoke into your lungs and that simply is not consistent with being healthy over the long-term.

I really appreciate your video’s. Thank you for sharing your wisdom. I’ve tried quitting smoking for several years (pre-baby) and the only thing that helped me quit smoking was weed. It was alot easier to quit weed then ciggarettes. I had a very hard time quittin the nicotine.

I completely agree with this… same goes for stopping eating junk food… actually all you have to do is eat more good stuff (cold pressed flax oil, raw nuts, dark salads etc. etc.) and in no time you just don’t crave the junk food anymore.

I like it when un-conventional advice makes perfect sense! Many I know who try to quit, eat junk food to make up for the lack of nicotine.
