Will I ever get my singing voice and/or range back if I stop smoking?

I’m 22 years old and I’ve been smoking about a pack to a pack and a half a day for around three years. And yes, I know it’s not very savvy to start smoking, but I hit quite a devastating time in my life and remembered that when I was young and asked why my parents smoked so much they always told me that smoking helped them to feel better when they were stressed so I started, too. I’m really sorry, please don’t judge.
I probably can’t go for voice lessons or anything, considering I don’t want to go pro really, and I’m not saying that I had an absolutely AMAZING voice, but it was my secret comfort that would allow me to “let it all out”, and I could carry a tune with emotion, and nobody knew I could sing except for my best friend. Who I recently went karaoke with and she asked me “WTF HAPPENED to your voice?!?!”
I notice it too though, I can’t hit high notes, which are always my favorite parts in songs, anymore without it hurting really bad or sounding like an off key…holler…i dunno lol? And I can’t put intonation into the words of songs anymore without being broken and rough sounding, like I almost sound tone deaf and just flat now.
I am already currently cutting back on smoking anyway for health reasons ( I have poor circulation ), but if I knew I could get my voice back I would go cold turkey tomorrow with absolute resolution and no whining. ( That being said, please don’t llie to me and say I will when I really won’t to get my hopes up to try to get me to do that…please.
)
Anyway, thank you so much!
And have a wonderful day!

Have the same issue.
I’m a smoker, I don’t smoke a pack a day though. I’ve cut down a lot.
And I’m also a singer.
Your voice will definitely come back. However you’ll have to give up soon. Don’t wait too long.
Or you’ll lose your singing voice& get cancer too.
